This is the SL-E196 Peco OO Gauge Code 75 Streamline Medium Radius Left Hand Electrofrog Point (or Turnout). 

The Peco Code 75 Streamline range is perfect for more experienced layout builders constructing a layout fixed to a baseboard, but can also be used by first time layout builders looking for more realistic trackwork. This point is electrofrog, meaning it requires more in-depth wiring compared to insulfrog points that are plug and play  - if you're looking for the insulfrog variant of this point, please see the related item tabs above.

To fit Streamline products together you will need SL-110 (Rail joiners or Fishplates).
